Resourceworks is the trading name of the recording studio. The company has operated since 2019 from 3 rooms, including a 28 m² live room and 2 isolation booths. Services are listed on the services page.

2. How to reach us

You can reach us by phone 020 - 707 4829, email [email protected] or the contact form. Opening hours: Monday to Friday 10:00–22:00, Saturday 10:00–18:00. Closed on Sunday. Outside those hours we collect messages and reply on working days, usually within 2 days.

The studio address is on Columbusplein in Amsterdam-West. Trams 13 and 14 stop at Columbusplein; from there it is about a three-minute walk. By bike you can use the racks along the square in front of the entrance.

For a map, use OpenStreetMap. The studio is appointment-only; it is not a walk-in desk.

3. Information the law requires

As a provider of an information-society service we publish the details Dutch law requires: name, geographic address, a rapid electronic contact route, the commercial-register number and the VAT number. That duty follows from article 3:15d of the Dutch Civil Code.

Before you accept a distance or off-premises contract you receive the main features of the service, the price including tax, the trader’s identity and, where it applies, withdrawal information. Those points appear in the written proposal and in the terms and conditions.

4. Management and team

The board of Resourceworks B.V. is Daan van der Berg (co-owner and studio director). Sophie Jansen is head recording engineer. Malik El Amrani coordinates scheduling and studio logistics. Send legal correspondence to the company, for the attention of the director, at the address above or via [email protected].

5. Hosting

The website is hosted by TransIP B.V., Vondellaan 47, 2332 AA Leiden, the Netherlands. Host site: transip.nl. This Dutch provider keeps servers in the European Union. Connection logs (IP address, time, page requested) are kept for security and incident analysis, as described in the privacy policy.

6. Contact form and transfer to the United States

The form on the contact page is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). FormSubmit is a provider in the United States. Your message — name, email, optional phone number, chosen service, preferred date and free text — passes through their infrastructure and then arrives in our mailbox [email protected].

That routing is a transfer to a third country under Chapter V of the GDPR. To our knowledge FormSubmit is not listed under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We rely on the transfer being necessary to take steps at your request before a contract is concluded (Article 49(1)(b) GDPR), namely answering your enquiry. FormSubmit publishes its own contractual safeguards; those sit outside our direct control.

7. Intellectual property in the site

Copy, photographs, visual identity and code on resourceworks.digital belong to Resourceworks B.V. or to rightsholders who licensed us. You may view pages and keep a copy for your own non-commercial use. Republishing, adapting or re-using material without prior written permission is not allowed, except where mandatory law permits it (quotation, news reporting, a temporary browser cache copy).

Third-party brand names remain with their owners. Limits on relying on site content are set out in the disclaimer.

9. Governing law

This notice and use of the website are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes about the site itself may be brought before the competent court in Amsterdam, without affecting mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
