1. Scope
This disclaimer applies to the website resourceworks.digital and to the information Resourceworks B.V. publishes there. It supplements the terms and conditions for visitors who do not yet have a booking. Once you accept a proposal, those terms prevail if the two texts clash, except where this page restates a statutory limit we cannot narrow.

2. Website content
Copy, rates and process notes are prepared with care and updated; the last substantive date is 1 October 2026. They can still be out of date, incomplete or a poor fit for your project. A price on a service page is a figure including 21 % VAT. Only the written proposal is binding.
The guides (including preparing a vocal session, band budgets, mix file formats and mastering and rights) are general explanation, not tailored advice and not a promise about a specific outcome. We do not invent reviews, awards or partnerships.
3. No promise of a particular result
A recording, mix or master is the product of your performance, the stems you supply, the room on the day and the decisions we take together. Resourceworks supplies care and the studio’s resources — 3 rooms, a 28 m² live room, 2 booths, 32 inputs, 4 monitor pairs — but no assurance that a track will hit a given loudness target, a radio playlist or a set number of streams. We do not promise those outcomes.
Scheduling depends on gaps inside Mon–Fri 10–22, Sat 10–18. We usually reply within 2 days; that interval is not a duty to hold a particular slot.
4. Links to other sites
The site points to external addresses, including TransIP B.V., FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) for the contact form, and OpenStreetMap for directions. Those services apply their own terms and privacy rules. We are not responsible for their content, uptime or processing, except where the law treats us as a link in the chain. FormSubmit handles messages in the United States; if you want to avoid that route, email or call us directly, as the legal notice explains.
5. Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site reachable, hosted by TransIP B.V.. Maintenance, a host or network outage, or a security measure may interrupt access. That interruption does not create a right to damages, except where an attributable failure and mandatory law require compensation.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Resourceworks B.V. is not liable for loss that follows from merely using the website, from relying on a page without a written proposal, or from the site being down. That sentence does not limit liability for intent or wilful recklessness, bodily injury, or rights the law gives a consumer.
For a booked service the limits in article 14 of the terms apply. Keep your own copies of files you send us; after 24 months we delete our working copy.
7. Intellectual property
Material on resourceworks.digital — wording, photographs, layout — is protected. Use beyond personal, non-commercial reading needs permission, except where the Dutch Copyright Act already allows it. Your own recordings and compositions remain yours, under article 12 of the terms.
8. Artificial intelligence
We do not train, test or improve artificial-intelligence systems with clients’ voices or sessions. We do not build a voice clone without specific written permission from the person concerned. That is a studio rule, not a certification and not a shield against misuse by third parties to whom you yourself send files.

10. Law and language
This disclaimer is governed by Dutch law. The Dutch version is authentic. Any other language version, including this English page, is a translation for information. If the versions differ, the Dutch text prevails. We publish changes on this page; the update date is 1 October 2026.
